→ ミシュランガイド（Michelin Guide、仏：Le Guide Michelin、ギド・ミシュラン）は、フランスのミシュラン社により出版される様々なガイドブックの総称である。
それらのうちで代表的なものは、レストランの評価を星の数で現すことで知られるレストラン・ホテルガイドであり、これは装丁が赤色であることからレッド・ミシュラン（Red Michelin、仏：ギド・ルージュ Le GuideRouge）とも通称される。

ミシュランガイド：京の食い倒れ？三つ星６店 大阪は１店
仏タイヤメーカーのミシュランは１３日、レストラン格付け本「ミシュランガイド京都・大阪２０１０」の内容を発表した。
料理の最高評価である「三つ星」には京都６店、大阪１店の計７店が選ばれ、星を獲得したレストラン・料理店は総計１４７店。０７年１１月発行の「東京版」の三つ星８店、総計１５０店に匹敵する規模となった。
また今回が初めての旅館の格付けでは１軒に二つ星、２軒に一つ星（いずれも京都）が付いた。

ミシュランガイド、今度は関西版が出るんですね！個人的には高級料理店にはほとんど行かない（行けない^^;？）のであまり関係ないのですが、いわば地元の店なので興味があります。
お好み焼きやたこ焼きといった「コナモン」の店が選ばれなかったというのもおもしろいです。そもそも、どうやって味を評価してるんでしょうね。
