In Japanese society, gender equality is unfortunately far from the global standard. Featuring female executives itself shows the inequality of society. And I feel uneasy that not her performance, but only her appearance is taken on the media.
「スピーキングのように書く」と言っても、やはり校正してしまいますが、なるべく最小限にするよう気をつけます。

As Ms. Yoshino said, old perceptions of gender roles die hard. Sadly, women often must try double harder to be treated and given opportunities the same as men in the workplace. To improve equality, local governments should make more effort to support women of childbearing age, for starters.
制限字数内で自分の意見をまとめるのは、色々な意味で良い刺激になります！自主的にするべきことですがなかなか難しいので、課題にしてくださり大変有り難いです。

At first, I checked this association “Rengo”, because I didn’t know much about it. Many associations or companies choose female leaders recently, I think what needs most is not only a woman or not, but also their ability, personality, and flexibility. We don’t need news like this anymore, do we?

I feel so sorry for hearing the news on working poor people and non-regular workers on TV. The employment situation has been changing since the bursting of the bubble. Things has to be fixed ASAP. I’m worried about the life for next generation.
How to say は勉強ですが、それ以上に自分の意見を持つこと。 Ｗhat to say が日々の生活に大切なことと改めて感じます。

Seeing a TV program about Nordic countries, Sweden, Finland, I am enviable of the people, who enjoy walking with family in the evening,often men push strollers. what makes it possible. My idea, though it is a radical idea, is “Equal Pay For Equal Work” Imagine that if only men can’t maintain their family, accordingly women have to earn money ,so their ground is almost equal. For it, public services must be necessary and then other conditions will follow.
