中国製ギョーザ中毒：容疑は「危険物投与」 元従業員、最高刑は死刑
中国製冷凍ギョーザによる中毒事件で、中国の捜査当局は２７日、逮捕した製造元・天洋食品（河北省石家荘市）の元臨時従業員、呂月庭容疑者（３６）の容疑について「危険物質投与罪」と日本政府に連絡した。同罪の最高刑は死刑。
０８年に化学物質メラミンを粉ミルクに混入させたとして中国の業者２人が０９年、同罪で死刑判決を受け、執行されている。

冷凍ギョーザ中毒事件、今頃になって中国で容疑者が逮捕されるとは・・・。毒物混入の理由は工場での待遇への不満らしいですが、果してそうなんでしょうか。
