今週の半ばからいきなり寒くなりましたね！天気予報で聞いてはいましたが、ここまで寒暖の差が激しくなると身体にこたえます・・・^^;

何が困ったかというと、先日までの残暑でまだ夏物の衣類や寝具を洗って片付けていなかったこと。

もう使わないだろう、と確信する気候になってから冬物への衣替えをしようと思っていたんですが、秋らしさをほとんど味わう間もなくいきなりこれですから。

気候が夏から秋、秋から冬へと徐々に移行してくれないと対応が大変ですね。体調を崩して病院に駆け込んでいる方も多いと聞きます。皆様もどうぞお気を付けて。
